A flat rate applies for shipping within Asia. We ship via local mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, Pacific Innofood Co., Ltd. provides international delivery using services like national post, DHL Express, and FedEx. Your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Please ensure that the address is provided correctly in English.

Most parcels are delivered during business hours on weekdays. Please make sure you or a trusted person is available to receive the package. In some cases, the delivery company may store your parcel at the local post or delivery office. Be sure to check the tracking regularly and pick up the parcel as soon as possible. Parcels unclaimed within a certain period may be returned to Thailand.

Post Service – Airmail:

  • Handled by International delivery agencies and delivered by the destination country’s national post (e.g., USPS, Saudi Post, Royal Mail, Emirates Post Group).
  • Parcels are subject to random customs checks, and taxes/duties may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. Please verify these details before making a purchase.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-7 days, depending on the destination country.
  • In many cases, you may need to collect your parcel from your local post office. Please check your mailbox or contact the local post.
  • Due to COVID-19, some countries’ postal services may be temporarily unavailable.

DHL Express:

  • DHL Express collects the parcel in Thailand and delivers it to you via local DHL or third-party partners.
  • Parcels are subject to random customs checks, and taxes/duties may apply based on the destination country’s regulations.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-7 working days, depending on the destination.

FedEx:

  • FedEx collects the parcel in Thailand and delivers it via local FedEx or their third-party partners.
  • Parcels are subject to customs checks, and taxes/duties may apply based on the destination country’s regulations.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-7 working days, depending on the destination.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping rates vary depending on the country of destination, the shipping method selected, and the weight of the order.

To calculate the exact shipping cost, add items to your shopping cart, and the estimated shipping rate will be automatically calculated and updated as items or quantities are added.

When will Pacific Innofood Co., Ltd. send my order?

Your order will typically be packed and dispatched within 42 working days after payment is received. Orders will be sent to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please ensure that the address is correct to avoid delivery failure.

No packing services are available on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed on Friday afternoons will likely be dispatched the following week.

Occasionally, high order volumes or local national holidays may cause delays in order processing.
