Damaged Products

At Pacific Innofood Co., Ltd., we take great care in packing all parcels for their long journey. However, if the parcel arrives obviously damaged, please register the issue with the delivery person immediately and have the damage recorded before signing the “receival.”

If you discover any product damage after opening the parcel, please take photos of the issue immediately and email them to info@pacificinnofoodcoltd.com. Our customer service team will respond promptly with individual solutions to resolve the issue.

Returning Products

14-Day Change-of-Mind Return

To initiate a return, you must send a return request to info@pacificinnofoodcoltd.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The 14-day period starts from the day you or an authorized party receives the goods.

  • The goods must have been purchased from PacificInnofoodcoltd.com. Please provide your order number (e.g., #PNxxxxxx) and contact information.
  • The items must not be damaged and should meet the following conditions:
    • They are in their original packaging, including manuals, pamphlets, and all accessories.
    • They are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after receiving the returned parcel.

Please note that supplements and food products are not eligible for return.

Please return the product only after we reply to your return request email. Both the return shipping cost and initial delivery cost, along with any incurred duties and taxes, will be at your expense.

For items valued over 60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

A 5% administration charge will be deducted for all cancellations, as this fee is incurred by the credit card processor and/or PayPal.

Unexpected Returns

If an order is returned for any of the following reasons, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund will be for the products returned in resalable condition, minus any additional fees such as return postage, handling, storage, or taxes/duties:

  • Undeliverable address
  • No one available to accept the delivery
  • Customer refusal of the order
  • Refusal to pay customs fees
  • Refusal by customs authorities

If the cost of returning the items exceeds the product value, the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued. Additionally, if the returned products are not in resalable condition (e.g., damaged or broken), no refund will be provided.

A 5% administration charge will be deducted for all cancellations, due to credit card processor and/or PayPal fees.
